Key Responsibilities: - Execute timely food deliveries using your preferred transportation (bike, moped, or car), navigating efficiently via the Just Eat rider app to maintain 95%+ on-time completion and high customer satisfaction scores. - Manage your own schedule by selecting delivery slots that fit your availability, ensuring you’re available during peak meal times (11 AM–2 PM, 5 PM–9 PM) to maximize earnings and support restaurant partners. - Verify order accuracy at pickup, handle payments or digital confirmations when required, and resolve minor customer inquiries with professionalism to uphold Just Eat’s service standards and brand reputation.
