Key Responsibilities: - Operate vehicles (e-bike, scooter, or car) to deliver food and groceries, ensuring timely and safe transportation of items. - Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. - Maintain delivery logs and reports, tracking delivery times, distances, and any incidents or delays to ensure efficient operations.
