We're hiring a Courier to be our on-road heroes and help keep operations moving. This role is crucial for ensuring every delivery is a big event and a chance to make someone's day, explicitely in Nijmegen and on-site. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and groceries to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Operate a bicycle, e-bike, or scooter safely and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies. - Provide excellent customer service during delivery, acting as the face of the company.
- Employees receive a fixed hourly wage based on age, with gross all-in hourly wages ranging from €7.81 (16 years old) to €16.19 (21+ years old), plus all tips are retained by the employee. - Flexible work hours are available, allowing employees to choose shifts that fit their lifestyle, with schedules created one week in advance. - Opportunities for career development and learning new skills are provided, supported by a local team.
- Must be aged 16 or over and possess a valid driver's license and commercial usage insurance if operating a motorized vehicle. - Must provide own e-bike or scooter, and ensure valid commercial usage insurance if applicable. - Must be available to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week.
