Job description

We're hiring a Courier to deliver packages and make customers' days in Haarlem. This role creates impact by ensuring timely deliveries and enhancing customer satisfaction, with onsite work in Haarlem. Key Responsibilities: - Operate vehicles (e-bike, scooter, or car) to deliver packages efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. - Maintain vehicle condition and comply with traffic rules, reducing delivery times and enhancing safety. - Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and issues professionally to ensure positive customer experiences.

Job requirements

- Must be aged 16 or over and provide own vehicle (e-bike, scooter) or have a valid license and commercial insurance for motorised vehicles. - Need to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week. - Must be able to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally, ensuring positive customer experiences.
