We're hiring a Courier to deliver food and groceries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the operational efficiency across our delivery network. This role creates a direct positive impact by ensuring timely deliveries in Haarlem, operating onsite and connecting local businesses with their clientele. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently transport food and grocery orders using your preferred vehicle, maintaining timely schedules to meet customer expectations and delivery targets. - Provide excellent customer service during each delivery interaction, ensuring a positive experience for every recipient while representing the company professionally. - Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, ensuring punctuality and reliability, and communicate any potential delays or issues proactively to the local team.

Job requirements

- Must be aged 16 or over to join the team, demonstrating readiness and legal eligibility for employment. - Possess your own vehicle, such as an e-bike or scooter, and for motorized vehicles, a valid license and commercial usage insurance. - Commit to working at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week, showcasing reliability and schedule flexibility.
