We're hiring a Courier to deliver meals and groceries, ensuring timely and joyful service to customers while representing the company as an on-road hero. This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction in Haarlem, operating as an essential onsite delivery professional, contributing directly to daily operational success. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently transport customer orders using a chosen vehicle, such as an e-bike or scooter, adhering to scheduled delivery times to ensure fresh product arrival and customer satisfaction. - Interact positively with customers during deliveries, handling packages with care and professionalism to enhance the brand image and foster repeat business and loyalty. - Manage delivery routes and schedules effectively, utilizing provided tools and local knowledge to optimize efficiency and complete assigned deliveries within service level agreements.

Job requirements
