Key Responsibilities: - Operate your chosen vehicle (bike/moped/car) to complete 10+ daily deliveries using Just Eat’s navigation app, ensuring 95%+ on-time arrival rate while maintaining food safety standards. - Manage your own schedule through the courier portal, accepting or declining delivery requests in real-time based on your availability and location. - Provide professional customer service at pickup/dropoff points, resolving minor issues (e.g., order discrepancies) and collecting digital proof of delivery.
- Earn weekly payments with no earnings cap, receiving funds every Friday via bank transfer for all completed deliveries. - Work with full schedule autonomy, selecting any hours/daytime slots through the app, including evenings and weekends as preferred. - Access free training modules on food safety and navigation tools, plus in-app performance tips to maximize your delivery efficiency.
