Key Responsibilities: - Execute timely food deliveries using your preferred mode of transportation (bike, moped, or car) while adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining a 95% on-time delivery rate via the Just Eat rider app. - Manage your weekly schedule through the app, selecting shifts that fit your availability and ensuring at least 10 hours of active delivery time to maximize earnings and maintain account activity. - Provide exceptional customer service by verifying order accuracy, handling deliveries with care, and resolving minor issues (e.g., incorrect addresses) using the app’s real-time support chat.
- Earn weekly with no income cap, receiving payments every Friday for deliveries completed the prior week, plus potential bonuses during peak hours (e.g., £2 extra per delivery between 7-9 PM). - Work on your own terms, choosing any combination of shifts (e.g., weekends-only, weekdays 5-9 PM) and taking unlimited time off, as long as you complete at least 10 hours weekly to stay active.
