Key Responsibilities: - Deliver customer orders (e.g., food, groceries) using your own e-bike, scooter, or car, ensuring timely and safe arrival. Track deliveries using the company’s app and maintain a 98% on-time delivery rate. - Provide friendly and professional service, representing Thuisbezorgd.nl’s brand positively while interacting with customers and restaurants. Handle customer inquiries or issues with a resolution rate of 95%. - Maintain your vehicle (e-bike/scooter/car) in safe working condition and ensure compliance with local traffic laws.
