Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and grocery orders to customers using your own e-bike, scooter, or car, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs. - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, representing Thuisbezorgd.nl’s values in every interaction. - Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently, using navigation tools to optimize travel time and fuel consumption. - Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while operating your vehicle, ensuring the security of both the order and the public. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Earn a fixed hourly wage based on age (e.g., €15.89/hour for 21+ years old), including holiday allowance and holiday hours. - Keep 100% of any tips received, providing additional earnings on top of the hourly wage. - Enjoy a supportive local team that guides and assists with scheduling, training, and career development opportunities.
