- Earn a fixed hourly wage based on age (e.g., €7.81/hour for 16-year-olds, €15.89/hour for 21+), including holiday allowance and holiday hours. - Keep 100% of any tips received, adding to your earnings directly. - Enjoy a flexible schedule with shifts designed to fit your lifestyle and availability.
