Key Responsibilities: - Operate a scooter or bicycle to deliver food and groceries to customers efficiently, tracking deliveries using our app to ensure accuracy and timely arrivals. - Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers, handling any issues or complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive delivery experience. - Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of your delivery vehicle, adhering to safety regulations and company policies to ensure safe and reliable deliveries.
