We're hiring a Country HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives and align our HR strategy with specific country needs, partnering closely with the Country MT. This role creates significant impact by translating the HR Agenda into actionable plans and initiatives for Berlin-Kreuzberg, primarily through a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales Management and Senior Country Management Teams to co-create and drive the people agenda, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution across functions. - Develop and implement the global HR agenda, translating business needs into concrete initiatives and projects, collaborating with other HR pillars for successful delivery. - Leverage people data to provide insights and trends, informing decision-making and supporting improvements in HR services and procedures, optimizing organizational efficiency.

- 5+ years experience in progressive HR roles, spanning operational to strategic HR consulting, business partnering, and/or management, with global scope. - Experience working with HR data and possessing an analytical mindset to shape people outcomes, comfortable navigating international, matrixed HR environments, partnering with HR CoEs. - Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence diverse organizational stakeholders, driving change and solving complex organization, people, and change-related matters.
