This role creates impact by translating the HR Agenda into actionable plans, communicating business needs from Berlin in a hybrid work setup. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales Management Team and Senior Country Management to co-create and drive the people agenda, ensuring strategic alignment and effective implementation. - Leverage people data to provide insights and trends, informing decision-making and supporting improvements to HR services and procedures effectively. - Act as a change agent, supporting management teams in solving complex organization, people, and change-related matters with strategic guidance.
