We're hiring a Country HR Business Partner to strategically drive HR initiatives and ensure alignment of the overall HR strategy with specific country needs. This role creates impact by translating the HR agenda into actionable plans, effectively communicating business needs to HR. Based in Berlin-Kreuzberg with hybrid work options, this role plays a vital part in our international team. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales Management and Senior Country Management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda, ensuring strategic HR alignment with business objectives. - Translate the global HR agenda into concrete initiatives and projects, leveraging HR pillars to meet specific business needs and enhance organizational effectiveness. - Act as a crucial change agent, supporting management teams in solving complex organizational, people, and change-related matters to foster a dynamic work environment.
