Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a Country HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives and align the HR strategy with local country needs. This role acts as a key HR partner to the Country MT, collaborating to embed the HR strategy and translate the HR Agenda into actionable plans effectively. The Country HR Business Partner creates impact by ensuring business needs are communicated back to HR, influencing initiatives and the overall strategy from Berlin, operating in a hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales and Senior Country Management to co-create and drive the people agenda, ensuring strategic alignment and effective implementation of HR initiatives. - Develop and implement the global HR agenda, translating business needs into concrete projects and initiatives in alignment with other HR pillars for effective delivery. - Leverage people data to provide insights and trends, informing decision-making processes and supporting continuous improvement in HR service and procedures.

Job requirements

- Possess several years of progressive working experience in operational to strategic HR consulting, business partnering, or management roles within a global scope. - Demonstrate strong organizational and execution skills, coupled with expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR data analysis. - Exhibit strong stakeholder management abilities, effectively influencing diverse internal and external stakeholders within a complex organizational matrix.
