Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales Management Team and Senior Country Management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda, ensuring strategic HR alignment efficiently. - Develop and implement the global HR agenda, translating business needs into concrete initiatives and projects aligned with other HR pillars effectively. - Identify local HR services needs, mobilize and engage the HR community to drive priorities based on clear SLAs and guidelines for optimal service delivery.
