This role creates impact by acting as a key HR partner to the Country MT in Berlin, working in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with sales and senior country management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda, ensuring strategic HR alignment with business objectives. - Identify local HR service needs and engage the HR community to prioritise support based on clear SLAs, enhancing overall service delivery. - Act as a change agent, supporting management in solving organisational, people, and change-related matters to foster a dynamic work environment.
