We're hiring a Country HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives, aligning global HR strategy with local country needs and key stakeholders. This role significantly impacts business strategy by translating the HR Agenda into actionable plans from Berlin in a hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales Management Team and Senior Country Management to co-create and drive the people agenda, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution. - Translate the global HR agenda into concrete initiatives and projects, identifying local HR service needs and driving priorities with clear SLAs. - Act as a change agent, supporting management in solving organization, people, and change-related matters, leveraging data for decision-making and procedure improvement.
