Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales Management Team and other Senior Country Management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda, aligning human resources strategies with business objectives effectively. - Identify local HR services needs, mobilize and engage the HR community to drive priorities based on clear SLAs and guidelines for consistent service delivery. - Act as a change agent, supporting management teams to solve organisation, people, and change-related matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- 5+ years experience in progressive HR consulting, business partnering, or management roles, spanning local, regional, or global scopes. - Proficiency in working with HR data, leveraging analytical tools and platforms to shape and influence people outcomes and business decisions. - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, effectively influencing diverse individuals across the organization to drive HR initiatives and achieve goals.
