Job description

We're hiring a Construction Foreman to lead landscape construction crews and deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently. This role creates impact by ensuring project profitability, client satisfaction, and team development in {Location} through {Work_Mode} collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and instruct crews of up to 6 members to implement landscape projects, emphasizing safety and quality workmanship. - Serve as the onsite ambassador to clients, providing high-quality customer service and maintaining professionalism. - Forecast equipment, labor, and material needs to ensure efficient project execution and documentation.

Job requirements

- 3+ years of landscape installation experience with a focus on hardscape, plant material, and outdoor features. - 4+ years of residential landscape construction experience with proficiency in project planning and execution. - Crew management experience, including training, safety compliance, and quality oversight. - Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
