We're hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide service and marketing support on commercial accounts, ensuring alignment with PIA objectives. This role operates from {Location} in a {Work_Mode} capacity, serving clients with premiums $20,000 and above while maintaining strong carrier and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day and renewal service to commercial accounts with premiums of $20,000+, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - Maintain direct communication with carrier underwriters and clients to resolve servicing issues and facilitate seamless account management. - Prepare and complete applications, coverage comparisons, and submissions for new and renewal business in collaboration with the Marketing Team and Producers.
