We're hiring a CNC Machinist to set up and operate Mazak CNC machines, ensuring tight tolerances and quality standards in a small team environment. This role creates impact by producing custom and short-run machined parts in Hermitage, PA, with a day shift schedule and overtime opportunities available. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate Mazak CNC machines to produce precision machined parts, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances and quality standards. - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately determine machining requirements and specifications. - Inspect parts using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with design specifications. - Make real-time offsets and adjustments during production to maintain part accuracy and minimize waste. - Run short-run and custom machined parts, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
