We're hiring a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of behavioral health professionals and ensure high-quality mental health services for youth in a juvenile detention center setting. This role creates impact by maintaining compliance with site coverage and service provision in Baltimore, MD, and onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a staff of 5-7 behavioral health employees, ensuring adherence to agency policies and high-quality care standards. - Provide clinical, case consultation, and administrative supervision to licensed behavioral health professionals, fostering their professional growth. - Ensure clinical documentation is completed, signed, and submitted in compliance with regulatory and agency standards, avoiding penalties. - Schedule and coordinate supervision meetings with behavioral health staff, optimizing team efficiency and accountability. - Conduct individual and group supervision sessions, addressing diverse clinical needs and promoting best practices.
