Job description

The Client Service Manager Trainee role at Gallagher is part of the Achieve Program, starting in July 2025 and lasting for 18 months. It is a structured learning and development program designed for college graduates and career changers looking to enter the insurance brokering and risk management industry. The role involves providing exceptional service to clients, supporting workflow processes, handling new business applications, fostering client relationships, and participating in training sessions to attain necessary licenses and designations. Successful completion of the Property & Casualty license exam is required.
