We're hiring a Caregiver to provide companionship, medical assistance, and daily living support to clients in their homes. This role creates impact by enhancing clients' well-being and safety in Poughkeepsie, NY and Northern Westchester, NY through in-person, onsite care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide companionship, conversation, and social interaction to clients to foster emotional well-being and reduce feelings of isolation. - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their comfort and dignity. - Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. - Transport clients to errands and appointments, ensuring timely arrival and safe return, while managing medical appointments and related health activities. - Administer medication reminders and assist with filling prescriptions, following care plans and reporting health status changes to the Care Team. - Facilitate monthly in-service trainings to ensure Care Professionals stay updated on best practices and client care standards.
