We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive community growth and strategic partnerships, acting as the face of Alloy in Ahwatukee Foothills and South Tempe. This role creates impact by expanding Alloy’s presence through local business collaborations, healthcare provider networks, and community outreach, while operating in a hybrid work environment in Arizona. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers, healthcare providers, schools, and local businesses to create mutually beneficial opportunities. - Represent Alloy at networking events, community functions, and business organizations to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. - Coordinate and host educational workshops, wellness presentations, and community activations to engage prospective members and drive membership growth.

- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, relationship management, or corporate wellness, with a focus on building new relationships and generating opportunities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to work independently while managing a pipeline of partnerships and leads. - Comfort with networking, public speaking, and occasional travel to community events, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
