Job description

We're hiring a Business Capabilities Manager to identify financial losses or missed growth opportunities, devise solutions, and create standardized Playbooks for execution across Germany. This role creates significant impact by transforming complex business problems into high-ROI capability projects, driving proven solutions from concept to adoption, and enabling efficient operations across Berlin-Kreuzberg through a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Find and qualify high-value business problems by digging into root causes, calculating financial opportunity, and prioritizing issues worth solving effectively. - Write practical operational Playbooks by codifying validated solutions into simple, clear instructions, step-by-step rules, and target metrics for adoption. - Drive cross-market adoption by coaching regional operational teams, tracking Playbook implementation, and ensuring new ways of working are actually embedded.
