We're hiring a Business capabilities manager to diagnose profitability issues, design strategic solutions, and codify operational playbooks for scalable execution across diverse teams. This role integrates business insights with practical implementation. This role drives significant commercial impact by transforming complex problems into high-ROI projects, ensuring proven solutions are adopted across Germany from our Berlin-Kreuzberg office, with hybrid work options available. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze root causes of business problems and prioritize high-value opportunities by calculating financial impact and defining target cohorts effectively. - Document validated operational solutions into clear, step-by-step playbooks, ensuring they include specific rules and target metrics for consistent execution. - Coach regional operational teams, tracking playbook implementation and ensuring new ways of working are embedded to drive cross-market adoption and results.
