We're hiring a Business capabilities manager to diagnose business challenges, develop solutions, and create standardized playbooks for company-wide implementation. This role creates significant impact by transforming complex problems into high-ROI projects, ensuring proven solutions are built and adopted across Germany from our Berlin-Kreuzberg office with hybrid work. Key Responsibilities: - Dig into root causes of financial losses and missed growth opportunities, calculate financial impact, and prioritize high-value business problems worth solving. - Codify validated solutions into simple, clear instructions, step-by-step rules, and target metrics to create practical and effective operational Playbooks for market teams. - Coach regional operational teams, track Playbook implementation, and ensure new ways of working are embedded, driving cross-market adoption and commercial impact.
