We're hiring a Business Capabilities Manager to identify and solve critical business problems, transforming them into high-ROI capability projects that improve company performance and growth. This role drives significant impact by developing and standardizing operational playbooks across Germany, ensuring successful implementation in a hybrid work setting based in Berlin. Key Responsibilities: - Find and qualify high-value business problems: Dig into root causes, calculate the financial opportunity, and prioritize issues worth solving using financial metrics. - Write practical operational Playbooks: Codify validated solutions into simple, clear instructions, step-by-step rules, and target metrics for adoption across teams. - Drive cross-market adoption: Coach regional operational teams, track Playbook implementation, and ensure new ways of working are embedded with market feedback.
