Key Responsibilities: - Deliver orders to customers using your own e-bike, scooter, or car, ensuring timely and safe arrival while maintaining food quality and customer satisfaction. - Maintain a high level of customer service by being approachable, professional, and resolving any delivery issues promptly and courteously. - Follow company guidelines for route optimization, order handling, and safety protocols to ensure efficient and secure deliveries. - Track and report any incidents or delays using the provided tools to ensure transparency and accountability in operations. - Collaborate with the local support team to address challenges and improve delivery performance based on feedback and data.
- Earn a competitive hourly wage based on age, including vacation pay and holiday hours, ranging from €7.81 to €15.89 per hour. - Keep 100% of any tips received, adding to your total earnings. - Choose work hours that fit your lifestyle, with support from a local team for scheduling and operational assistance.
