Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders to customers using your own bike, scooter, or car, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs while maintaining a friendly demeanor. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling orders carefully and providing a positive experience during each delivery. - Follow traffic laws and safety protocols while navigating routes efficiently to optimize delivery times and reduce fuel or wear costs. - Communicate proactively with the support team to resolve any delivery issues or customer concerns, ensuring smooth operations. - Adapt to varying work schedules, including evenings and weekends, as assigned to meet delivery demands during peak times. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve delivery skills and stay updated on company policies and promotions.
- Earn a competitive hourly wage based on age (e.g., €7.81 for 16-year-olds, up to €15.89 for 21+) including vacation pay and hours. - Keep 100% of any tips earned during deliveries, adding to your total earnings. - Choose work hours that fit your lifestyle, with rosters provided a week in advance for better planning.
