We're hiring a Bike Courier to primarily facilitate the timely and joyful delivery of food and groceries, integrating seamlessly with our logistics and customer service teams. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, making someone's day in Rotterdam through dedicated onsite delivery services. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently collect and deliver a variety of food and grocery orders to customer doorsteps, utilizing optimal routes and maintaining delivery schedules to ensure timely service. - Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while operating a bike or scooter, ensuring secure transport of items and contributing to a positive brand image. - Engage positively with customers and support teams, resolving minor delivery issues independently and ensuring a high standard of service for every interaction.

Job requirements

- Be at least 16 years of age to legally perform delivery services, with a focus on reliable and responsible conduct throughout shifts. - Utilize your own e-bike or scooter for deliveries, and if motorized, hold a valid license with commercial usage insurance. - Commit to working at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week, demonstrating consistent availability for key service hours.
