Job description

We're hiring a Bike Courier to facilitate timely food deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction by connecting them with local restaurants in the community. This role makes a significant impact by bringing convenience and joy to customers in Rotterdam, operating onsite across the city. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently navigate city routes using your bike or scooter to pick up food orders promptly from various restaurants and ensure their safe transport. - Deliver a wide range of products, from hot meals to groceries, directly to customer doorsteps, maintaining quality and excellent service throughout the process. - Utilize provided delivery equipment and follow company guidelines to meet delivery timeframes and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
