We're hiring a Bike Courier to be our on-road heroes and help keep the company moving. This role is crucial for ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering various items, such as pizzas and groceries, to customers' doorsteps in Maastricht. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up orders from restaurants and shops accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are present before departure. - Transport orders to customers' addresses using a bike, adhering to traffic laws and ensuring timely and safe delivery. - Provide excellent customer service during delivery, including polite interaction and handling of any customer inquiries or issues.
- Earn a fixed hourly wage based on age, with gross all-in hourly wages ranging from €7.81 (16 years) to €16.19 (21+ years), plus all tips are yours to keep. - Enjoy a job that works for you with flexible hours that fit your lifestyle, allowing you to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week. - Benefit from a supportive local team that has your back and provides guidance, with your schedule created one week in advance.
