Job description

We're hiring a Bike Courier to transport food and groceries efficiently, collaborating closely with local restaurants and customers to ensure timely deliveries and a positive experience. This role creates a direct positive impact by connecting people with their orders, operating onsite in Haarlem, allowing for flexible part-time work. Key Responsibilities: - Transport food and grocery orders safely and efficiently using a bike or scooter, adhering to delivery schedules and customer satisfaction metrics. - Provide friendly and professional service to customers during drop-offs, ensuring accurate order delivery and a positive brand experience. - Manage assigned delivery routes and schedules effectively, utilizing internal systems to track progress and complete a minimum number of deliveries per shift.

Job requirements

- Possess a minimum age of 16 years, ensuring eligibility to operate as a courier in compliance with company and local regulations. - Utilize a personal e-bike or scooter for deliveries, alongside possessing a valid driver's license and commercial usage insurance for motorized vehicles. - Demonstrate strong commitment by working at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening weekly, ensuring consistent service during peak demand.
