We're hiring a Bike Courier to deliver food and groceries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and linking restaurants, stores, and homes. This role significantly impacts daily life by providing essential delivery services for customers in Haarlem, working onsite to meet delivery demands. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver various orders, from pizzas to groceries, using a bike or scooter, adhering to efficient routes and schedules to ensure timely customer receipt. - Handle customer interactions with a positive attitude, ensuring a friendly and professional service, resolving minor issues to enhance the delivery experience. - Manage and secure delivered items carefully, following company protocols for safe transportation and handling, maintaining product quality until delivery completion.

Job requirements
