- Earn a fixed hourly wage based on age, plus 100% of tips, with gross all-in hourly wages ranging from €7.81 (16 yrs) to €16.19 (21+ yrs). - Enjoy a flexible schedule with hours that fit your lifestyle, including at least one weekday and one weekend evening per week, with schedules created one week in advance. - Benefit from a supportive local team to guide and assist with any issues, fostering a collaborative work environment.
