We're hiring a Bike Courier to efficiently deliver food and groceries, connecting restaurants and customers seamlessly within our logistics network. This role impacts customer satisfaction by providing essential delivery services in Breda, operating onsite to connect people with their orders efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Navigate city routes efficiently to pick up orders from various vendors, utilizing optimized delivery paths to ensure prompt arrival at customer locations. - Maintain delivery equipment, whether personal bikes or company vehicles, performing routine checks to guarantee safe and reliable operation for all deliveries consistently. - Interact professionally with customers and restaurant staff, providing excellent service and resolving minor issues to uphold brand reputation and foster positive relationships.
