Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and grocery orders to customers using your own e-bike or scooter, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs. Maintain a high level of customer service by being friendly and professional during interactions. Track orders and report any issues to the local team for resolution. - Work scheduled shifts, including at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week, as assigned by the team. Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations while navigating delivery routes efficiently to optimize time and fuel usage. Adapt to changing order volumes and peak hours to meet delivery demands. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve delivery efficiency and customer service standards. Utilize the company’s app to log hours, track deliveries, and receive real-time updates on order statuses and route changes.
- Earn a fixed hourly wage based on age, ranging from €7.81 to €15.89 gross, including holiday allowance and holiday hours. - Retain 100% of tips earned during deliveries, providing additional financial motivation. - Enjoy flexible shift scheduling that accommodates personal lifestyle and commitments.
