We're hiring a Bike Courier to be on-road heroes, spreading delivery joy to our customers and ensuring every delivery is a big event. This role operates in Amsterdam, offering flexible shifts that fit your lifestyle and ensures customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering food and groceries to customers with a focus on speed and customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Collaborating with the local support team to resolve any delivery issues and maintain high service standards throughout the delivery process. - Adhering to traffic rules and safety guidelines while riding, ensuring personal safety and the security of customer orders during transit.
