This role directly enhances customer satisfaction through efficient service, operating onsite in Amsterdam with a flexible, part-time work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport food orders using a bike or scooter, adhering to traffic regulations and delivery routes, to ensure prompt arrival at customer locations. - Utilize the company's mobile application for order management and navigation, tracking delivery progress and communicating effectively with dispatch and customers. - Maintain high standards of customer service during interactions, handling food packages with care and resolving minor issues to enhance the delivery experience.
