We're hiring a Bicycle Courier to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, playing a vital role in our logistics chain and connecting customers with their favorite meals. This role acts as a crucial link between our partners and hungry customers. This role creates significant impact by delivering essential goods directly to customers' doors in Haarlem, operating primarily onsite to fulfill daily delivery demands and enhance local service. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently collect diverse food and grocery orders from partner restaurants and stores, ensuring all items are carefully handled and accounted for before departure. - Navigate designated routes across Haarlem using a bicycle, prioritizing safe and swift delivery to meet customer expectations and maintain service quality. - Provide exceptional customer service upon delivery, positively representing the brand and resolving minor delivery issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
