Key Responsibilities: - Deliver customer orders accurately and on time using your own e-bike or scooter, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and representing Thuisbezorgd.nl during deliveries. - Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations while navigating Den Haag to ensure secure and efficient order fulfillment. - Track and report any issues during deliveries, such as delays or customer complaints, to the support team for resolution. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve delivery efficiency and customer service skills.
- Earn a competitive hourly wage based on age (starting at €7.81/hour for 16-year-olds) including vacation pay and holiday hours. - Keep 100% of any tips received for exceptional service. - Choose work hours that fit your lifestyle with support from a local team.
- Must be older than 16 years. - Own an e-bike or scooter for deliveries, or a car with a valid driver’s license and commercial insurance if using a motor vehicle. - Availability to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening, with schedules provided one week in advance.
