Job description

We're hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one special education support to students with diverse learning needs in Longview. This role creates impact by implementing skill development strategies, behavior reduction protocols, and fostering a safe learning environment at our onsite facility during 8am-4pm hours. Key Responsibilities: - Implement skill development strategies and teaching trials for students with special needs, ensuring progress tracking and individualized support. - Collect, record, and summarize data on student behavior to inform treatment plans and behavioral interventions. - Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and Safety Care protocols to ensure student and staff safety during physical interventions.

Job requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0+ years of experience in special education or behavioral support. - Valid/Active driver’s license with a clean driving record and verified auto insurance. - Ability to pass background check, fingerprinting, and complete application for Certified Behavior Technician license.
