This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and shop efficiency in Columbia, MO at an onsite, full-time capacity with no weekend obligations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections) and advanced diagnostics for all vehicle types, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues, provide service recommendations, and mentor junior technicians for skill development. - Maintain accurate paperwork, a clean work environment, and represent the company at local events and digital platforms to enhance brand reputation. - Master Tech: Conduct advanced diagnostics, perform complex repairs, and mentor apprentices to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Experienced: Execute diagnostic procedures and intermediate repairs under guidance, contributing to team problem-solving and efficiency. - Entry Level: Complete entry-level tasks (oil changes, tire rotations) while learning advanced procedures and assisting senior technicians.
