Job description

We're hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing client relationships, and maintaining store standards. This position creates impact by driving sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and supporting team development in a new store opening in Montecito, California. The role is hybrid with onsite presence required. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coach staff in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies. - Support Store Manager in upholding excellent customer service, tracking KPIs (Conversion, AOV, UPT), and communicating inventory needs to meet business goals. - Develop and retain strong client relationships through customer engagement, clienteling, and organizing in-store events to boost brand loyalty and sales. - Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing storefront while ensuring displays and visual areas align with current brand standards. - Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience and uphold company policies and retail procedures.
