We're hiring an Architect to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the full lifecycle of multifamily residential real estate development projects. This role operates from our Glencoe, IL office in a hybrid work mode, ensuring seamless integration of architectural design with construction and development processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction teams to support the multifamily residential real estate development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. - Coordinate and incorporate input from ownership and consultants into Revit models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards for Schematic Drawings, Construction Documents, and Presentation Drawings. - Lead systems coordination meetings using BIM 360 or Navisworks to review subcontractors’ 3D models, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and construction schedules.

- 5+ years of experience in architecture, with proficiency in creating and editing Construction Documents (CDs), Schematic Designs (SDs), and Presentation Drawings using Revit. - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and high-level Revit skills, including Revit Schedule creation, content/family modification, and MEP-FP systems experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex documents like building codes, entitlement documents, and technical procedures, ensuring compliance and project success.
