We're hiring an Application Specialist (SaaS Technician) to join our global Application Management team, ensuring a secure, reliable, and highly functional SaaS environment. This role impacts operational efficiency by automating tasks and managing critical applications, contributing to global SaaS infrastructure from a remote setup. Key Responsibilities: - Administer critical SaaS applications like 1Password and Zapier, managing their lifecycle, access, and vendor interactions to ensure secure and efficient operational continuity. - Implement and maintain low-code/no-code workflows using Zapier and Jira Automation, leveraging AI and APIs to streamline operational tasks and automate data updates, reducing manual effort. - Provide comprehensive BAU administration for Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence, handling user management, permissions, and license handling to ensure smooth team collaboration.
- Demonstrate experience in administering and supporting enterprise SaaS applications or possessing a background within an IT Operations/Application Management environment. - Exhibit proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms like Zapier and Jira Automation, utilizing AI-driven automation capabilities to optimize and streamline various workflows. - Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with and manage expectations across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
